I think this is what my first interview subject, Ufkoth, looks like. I gave his background some serious thought, and he seemed like the type to keep his hair cropped short. Keeps your enemy from getting a handhold.

He's got a bit of Man in his background, so there's some mixing of features going on. Technically Uruk from Isengard, closer to half-Orc in lineage. His mum's almost pure-blood Orc (there's a few skeletons in her family closets), dad is about 50/50 Orc and Man of Dunland descent. I put his age about 20 when I meet him.
