well.. its a blend between 3 different shots taken at different exposure levels. brighter land, brighter sky and balanced. when you combine three shots you get this results. I also run a couple of filters over it like surface blur to make it less HDR like

its HDR... u get that effect in the clouds whenever you combine different exposures... its not photoshoped if that is what you mean, just different levels of lighting combined into single image
