i think the color is a necessary element of this piece, actually. it's what caught my attention in the first place. i'm surprised this hasn't received more attention... i LOVE the subject's legs!

In my humble opinion, the colour is not the main ingredient in this photo and therefore it acts as a distraction. There are some very clean lines that would show more in black and white and thus will help put more focus on the subject.
