Не раньте мои нежные чувства о прекрасном, скажите, это же всего лишь дружеская встреча в выходной день? Сильно боюсь узнать горькую правду закулисной подоплеки этого рисунка в очередном безумном фанфике, на котором, к очевидному везению моей неокрепшей психики, стоит 18+ для незарегестрированных пользователей.
Ветинари здесь и взаправду самый ветиринарный (англосаксонское ha-ha) из всех, что я видел. Теперь смогу представить его только таким, в отличии от своеобразного Ваймса.
В любом случае, без какого-либо второго фона, смотрится крайне красиво и приятно.

Наверное, дело в том, что у нас как такового фандома по Пратчетту нет. В любом случае англофандом будет больше, вот и доля не наших зрителей больше) И мне кажется, что эта картинка мне реально удалась)
Насчет прекрасного не знаю, но ГП у меня много картинок, это мой первый и очень любимый фандом, правда я почти всех их отсюда уже поудаляла.

Gorgeous - reminds me of Toulouse Lautrec. There's such a lovely energy between them here! Your Vetinari looks a little Charles Dance-y particularly around the eyes, were you channelling his Vetinari at all? Also Wuffles = adorable.

Yes, Vetinari hier is really like Charles Dance, this is the rare case when the actor fits just unconditionally! I paint, and before my eyes stands this grin and this screwed-up eyes.
In this story they both retired and managed to get along well.

Absolutely! Despite Dance being a little different physically in several ways from the description (sandy hair, broad frame etc) he just IS Vetinari. You've really got that sardonic energy across. I love Vimes' faraway look too (is there a particular actor reference you had in mind for him?)
And I really like the idea of a post-retirement friendship between Vetinari and Vimes.
