Alright well. The arms and legs are too skinny and needs to have more meat on it. and every arm and legs have muscle. and I don't see any. So put some muscle on the legs and arms.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I'm not very good with muscle detail. Still trying to learn. Thanks for the advice!

Oh it's easy! ^^ well for me I didn't know but I don't know if it'll work for you but I make the arm skinny at the wrist then it comes up and i draw the meat more fatter. I mean isn't that usually where your muscle is? you can look up some refs. but also when you draw arms and legs think about how they're similar to human arms and legs dragon legs may not be similar to human legs. but the arms are almost the same. so? it's the same. look at your own wrists. They're skinnier than your muscle and look at your arm. dragon arms are the same! except the hands <.< and the dragon shoulder and elbow is a bit different. I would draw it out for you but I don't have photobucket or Imageshack...
