What a long chapter! My hand hurts from all the drawing ahaha. The homeless person is based on a graffiti by Banksy and he will be making another appearance in future chapters.

The whole story about Chinas social credits and all the other stuff has been in german TV, too. China is doing that, but more and more the whole world knows about it. I am reading fisheye placebo again with a bit of horror, knowing there is more reality and less science fiction in it, than anyone would guess. I appreciate the story very much, cause I think the young people need it to be told this way to gain awareness. It another piece of a very important message, I hope everyone gets.

2. The homeless person's situation reminds me of 1984, where the children who grew up on the propaganda would even turn on their parents. It's a sobering situation, how easily people can be brainwashed.

Just wish a friend of mine who introduced your comic to me back in 2014 was still around to have read all the chapters and still follow them all. Sadly he passed away in Aug 2015...Frey reminds me a lot of him, he was one of his fave characters.

I love your art and how the story unfolds. Imagining the sound of the violin felt like my teeth would shatter >.< One tiny thing though: somehow the fingers on the fingerboard and the violin bow seem to be just a bit off from how I know it should be. This may be due to the sound being intentionally screechy but I have the same feeling with your Cello piece ... Maybe have a closer look on the positioning on the bow and how relaxed the fingers should be - could be a lot more convincing that way

lmao. The comic isn't trying too hard to be cool, it exists for the purpose of exposing and commenting on real social issues in society - especially China. Re-purposing a message that exists in real life for this comic doesn't detract from its messages. Only makes those messages stronger in my opinion.

First and foremost, keep staying safe and healthy out there. And this goes out to everyone, too. Keep your distance, at least for now. Wash your hands. Disinfect your surfaces, especially the ones you touch often. Don't go out unless you have to, and take a shower when you get back. (okay, that last one probably isn't necessary but it can't hurt. ^_^)
Second, fantastic page again as per usual. I really like the new character, his sign caught my attention immediately and his story was captivating. Just what is Frey up to? And that man's words, "choose the path of least regret," are they a portent of what is to come?
I mean it's fairly obvious what Frey's up to, he's roping Vance into his world and it's working.
