Kurt's flip phone, love it. Poor Gyarados... I like how you're going with the forced evolution route making it a red Gyarados, and it being painful- I kinda wish we had an in-game explanation for all other shiny pokemon like that.

Kurt is just so calm and safe in his house, while Yule is out there on the back of a gyarados, facing another rampaging gyrados. Love the contrast.
