By chance, how did you have your skin tone colored pencils not smear with your outlining pens? That's a problem I'm currently having ^^'

Thank you so much, I had a hard time colouring her, had to combine two different colours for her hair.
I usually wait at least 15 minutes for the pen to dry so it won't smear. Also you can use a piece of paper beetween the art you do and your hand so it won't touch the drawing.
