I can only assume it, but the user to whom Faith belongs is the same one to whom belongs a character called Mikey Jr and last year there was a thing going on in which that very user wouldn't stop to keep asking people for requests and that very often and no matter if they declined. This is only how I still remember after so many months, but it was nontheless a thing where a few users became a little upset and mad and such. And judging that the 'not you too' is related to the character Faith Angelo being drawn now, it is either because the same thing like last year is repeating itself or so. I can only assume it however. I am not saying that's exactly why.
