Scrolling through deviantart as I usually do when looking for inspiration on what new story to write when I stumble upon one of your pictures on Google. Check out your page and this one IMMEDIATELY calls to me... I want to write a book about this scene and would love to pay to use this picture as the cover. Sadly, I will keep the link unless I see a good amount of proof. I linked it where I found it, and it seems quite legit seeing that he even has a tutorial on it. If you get Kuldar to confirm that it was yours, i'd gladly change it. However, I need that solid proof.

I think you have this backwards.
While it may be unclear to you at this time who was the original artist, you are fully aware that it was not you.
That makes it your responsibility to make sure you have posted the correct information, if you are required to.
With these images governed by the Creative Commons, it does not matter that you have been mislead by a third party.
The fact that Kuldar has removed the page may speak for itself, however, if you had made any attempt at all to confirm my claim for yourself, by performing a simple Google search, you would have found this post, at the Unity website, linking to my page as far back a 2009.

Consider this, he has a tuturial on the part that he added. He took my textures and added the Photoshop 3D feature to give the user the ability to "light" the sphere mapped by the texture. This is exactly the kind of additional contribution that the Creative Commons intended to address. One person makes something, and a second adds to it while keeping the chain of contribution intact.
Kuldar did not do that, and it would be really easy for him to do so.

As for the first comment, I don't tend to look for the correct information, because i believe it is the correct information. That is my fault on that part.
Since he has removed it, it is a good amount of proof, ill change the link of the texture, and also its kind of difficult to know what to search regarding the textures. Anyways, apologies, the description will be edited
