Faultless - that is what comes to mind here. Utterly faultless.
The reflection of the water, the detailing of the monoliths, the sky....
The monoliths are a joy to the eye; the scale, the age, and the colours purvey age, strength, power, and a marker to an era long gone by beings vast in power and a source of vivid imagination.
The one in the distance is joy - and the best thing about this piece, is the lighting; it says old, ancient, desolate, past, but it is a joy because of that.
The man and the device are alright - but are an irrelevance, to be honest. The backdrop is so good, anything else is a waste.
This is art at its best.
