I like it. Sorry for saying the same thing, but really, it looks like a photo out of National Geographic! The warm colors are great but what is that red in front of her? That's the only thing a little distracting.

In front of the girl is an other persons head we think. The photos from such festivals are not arranged that's the reason such things happens.
