Started to think about the book. Eventually I want to do a nice book (hardcover?) of the entire volume, but in the meantime debating if I should print single chapter issues or a 2 chapter 48 page trade.

That's up to you but for me I like my trades to have a little more meat on the bone.

I would personally like 128 pages and up, but 96 pages is also a good place to start.

Eventually I want to print the entire volume which will be over 100 pages, hopefully in the 120 range. But in the meantime I wanted something to hock at cons, so that is why I was debating over stapled 20ish pages or a bound 40ish pages. It would have to be a very limited run...maybe 50 to 100.

I hear you, those are choices we all have to make with longer running stories.
