This is amazing. The details couldn't be more perfect. If Kai Leng had looked like this, actually fought fair, and had the toughness we could expect from an N7 (Shepard is an example of a proper N7), I might have actually been afraid of him.

I like the color scheme you chose for it, but the inital character design doesn't exactly look "Cerberusish". The picture also reminds me of Metal Gear too.
