Description
Two little choilds just discovered how fun it is to steal from the other wynglings
but for different reasons
Zelus finds it funny how her peers weep over materialistic things so grievously
while Momus finds the objects a rewarding achievement after such a crime

It had been less than three days at the nook and even less time that they had met, yet the eye-estranged duo had already managed to cause a variety mischief and displayed their sour personalities to their peers. The powerful, brutish nature of Zelus and the brattish, sly nature of Momus was a effective combo, tormenting whoever they pleased and getting out of trouble with a few lies, good credit and some tears.
The two were sitting out in the woods near the nookery, checking the stuff they had looted from the bedrooms of other wyngling's. Things had been going missing but Zelus and Momus were outside the radar of suspicion as they were only known at most to be "bullies" (or wannabes) to those who knew about their nature.
A variety of accessories and item, including journals/diaries, clothing and jewelry. A hat had already caught Momus' attention the minute they had snatched it as she saw it as a means of covering up her head where only two little locks of hair had begun sprouting from the sides of her head. The lack of hair was something she was self-conscious of but she would never show it.
"What do you think?" Almost the minute they had sat down the loot, she was trying on that gray beanie, considering whether or not she should take it.
"Umm.. it's a hat?" Zelus responded with borderline confused apathy, reminding Momus the only thing her companion really could show enthusiastic appreciation in was misery.
"But, how do I looked in the hat?" she tried hinting the type of response she wanted.
"Good?" Zelus' voice hit a pitch to emphasize confusion. "but I don't see why you're so obsessed with that hat."
"Oh, Zelus! Have you never dressed up before? It's fun, it gives you a different look to yourself," she shuffled through the pile and pulled out things she found intriguing. Within mere seconds, she was playing dress up with her companion who displayed an off level of patience that was exclusive to her and her only.
"Here, try some!" she stated excitedly. Hats, scarves, plastic jewelry, paper crowns and the like. Eventually, Zelus had given in and was trying stuff on her on, indulging in the praises by the enthusiastic Momus but after a while, there little changing session ended with her with leg warmers on.
"When are we gonna go home?" Zelus asked, normally this comment meant she was sick of doing nothing and wanting to bash some wyngling, but dark circles were forming under the insomniac's eyes. A yawn completed the image of tiredness she was displaying.
"We gotta hide everything first," Momus responded and Zelus nodded, within moments the two wyngling found a spot of disturbed dirt at the base of a tree and started digging, the dark purple wyngling obviously faster than her pink counterpart.
Zelus was nothing more than a dog to Momus, and the only reason she would get her out of trouble was because an "alive dog was better than a dead one." She was somebody she'd use to get the other wyngling off her tail, someone to use as a bodyguard and a physical means of getting her way. Moments like these however, when the two genuinely had times of fun doing stupid things, Momus thought a bit more of Zelus. She never thought of it too much, but she knew she might have problems discarding Zelus when she may need it. She didn't know what to call it, but she knew she was in an "in it til the end" kind of relationship with her.
Perhaps friend was the proper term.
