Space, the final frontier!My dad challenged me to draw the Enterprise, so I gladly accepted the challenge. I also cannot stress enough that I will always love painting space, so any excuse to paint a scene in space I will go for it! I'm not a technical artist, so the ship itself was an immense challenge, I poured over many Enterprise manuals and I learned a lot about the anatomy of this particular model that I didn't know before so that was exciting to have a better understanding of my favorite spaceship.

The fact that u can paint my also favorite ship ever just blows me, I cant even draw it well enough yet to post on here lol let alone paint it :S

Thank you! I do seem to paint backgrounds last, I wanted to get the majority of the detail done and over with first and it seemed all the detail was on the ship.
