This pic is a record in ALMOST EVERYTHING
Record in number of layers (except comic pages) : 30 layers << Normal pic take me 5-6
Also, I tryed a new shading style... I think is looks nice, but it took a lot of layers and time... So (sorry, I'm lazy
) I'll stay with my old one 
It's a lil' random pic, I wanted to do it like from some cartoon and I think it's nice
I wanted very much to draw something like that, I REALLY wanted to do it from long time ago... So here it is 
The title should be "We won" or sokmething, but I like this word - "Freedom".... ^^
