Description
In continuing my attempt to ten Doctors to sell at Gallifrey One in LA in February, here is Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor. He came out rather cute, even if his hair and scarf were exceptionally tedious to make!
The TARDIS is a prop coinbank and I didn't make it.
