Description

First of many I'm redrawing in memory of Pichu's World Oekaki, which is where I learned everything about art before I went to Ringling. The original is from 2009 and was the first picture I had posted on Normal Board after I had rejoined Pichu's World.

Fun fact: Cinder's original Cyndaquil design was based on this Cyndaquil's design, but with more accurate colors! The only thing that survived the redesign was the circle on his back, which was blue as a call back to that original design.
