Pretty cool idea so I couldn't help but try my hand at it.
Kind of a Marvel vs Capcom 3 dream team. If they kept the in game Venom congruent with the comics, in that case Cap would have to be dead though, or replaced with the new Cap.

Actually, I believe MVC3 has a costume pack that has Cap in his current "Reborn" outfit.
But maybe they will have this team in UMVC3 now that Strider has been announced?

Cap was alive when the game came out. He was "Commander Rogers", which was his alt in the game.
