Description This is dedicated to my good, good friend Anonymous-Shrew who is one of the best artists on here. The legend is that Poseidon created horses and from the sea they came. This horse is an attempt on my part to have the subject being 'conjured' from the waters. Now, I did a partial skeletal trace from a CC0 reference, otherwise the anatomy would have been terrible. I did the initial painting, then added a texture effect to make my strokes look even. I also added a sun flare and a vignette to give it a more dramatic feeling. I love this picture so much!

I'm alright. I'm inspired lately to do art. I have these meltdowns....then nothing, then inspiration! It's fun... but then... the blankness! You know how it goes!
