well it may depends on what you want, but if you want a icon like this one as a base, I can't do one for you because this was a custom icon, but I can do something with the same style but with different pose-animation and such, price may be between 5 usd to 10 usd / 500 to 1000

Looking nice and innocent but "Akumu" means nightmare, that's why her gloves are claws and when she gets angry, her white (Shiro) apperance turns black, so her hair and clothes..
Behind her eyepatch is her dark eye, basically a black eye with yellow iris.
