I have no idea what's going on in this pic. Scientists are considering following explanations:1. It's Fluttershy's birthday and her only wish was to know how it would feel like to be the trunk of a beautiful three made out of ponies.
2. It's a form of autoparasitism Equus Ferris Equestriansis resorts to in times of food shortage and/or extreme boredom.
3. Fluttershy's friends were curious how she would react if they did this particular thing to her.

Fluttershy's face in this is priceless.
Actually I'm starting my degree to become a pseudologist and here's what I think happened.
Twilight was trying to help one of Fluttershy's beaver friends with an over wood munching problem. Unfortunately Fluttershy got too nervous about Twilight user her magic on the beaver and tried to push Mr. Beaver out of the way at the last second only to have the spell strike her (only it works in different ways on other creatures because MAGIC) so everyone teeth near Fluttershy at that moment became inherently "glued" to her.
