To quote what I said on Flickr about 5 months ago - "James found this adult male Phidippus johnsoni a few days ago! He pointed it out to me from a bit of a distance and guided my eyes to it. He'd been active on a sunny day, on a wooden post by a plant near the greenhouse. I'd been aching to find a juvenile and was overjoyed to capture an adult instead. The hunt is on for an adult female!Cropped significantly."
