How do you (I) say no to a tea party themed birthday party? You don't. Well...i didn't/couldn't! Specially when the tea set is ever-so adorable! (birthday gift set from me to her). Yes i am off on my holiday, but i just had to take a photo or two (because it was too cute not to).This is a miniature porcelain tea set.

i've been looking for awhile and haven't been able to find more than one chipped cup!

I definitely need to do more digging on antique china for I have never heard of limoges porcelain! although, apparently I have come across a partial set before. looking at some pics I recognized one set, I saw it at a second hand store but unfortunately it was some time ago and it was in an atrocious state.
they are so beautiful! hopefully I will be able to get a set of my own someday.
I must say again, that birthday girl is ever so lucky! I don't know anyone that would giveaway an antique as a gift, you are a very generous person!
