This fan art dedicated to the 13th anniversary of one of my favourite tv shows from my childhood - "Tuff puppy". Unlike other fans I didn't do a simplyfied fan art with the Tuff agents and the anniversary logo and such. But instead, I did a picture with my OC Mink and one of my favourite females from this show, Zippy. I decided to do that because my OC Mink isn't an agent at all, she's just a simple citizen who want to have friends. And Zippy become one of them.
Okay, let's get back to the real story which I have on the picture. Mink and Zippy going to the evening anniversary party at hosted at T.U.F.F. HQ. While walking, Mink slowly looks around the city of Petropolis. Zippy her best friend's look and smiled. Also Zippy have a VIP card on her neck with the information about her and (reference) about her voice actresses who voiced Zippy. Cool, right?
