A month ago I saw a final 3rd season of "Kung-Fu Panda the Dragon Knight" show which released a year ago (I've seen a trailer last year but for some reason I forgot to watch this show. And I had to watch 2 seasons in a row before the 3rd one came out). I never been a huge Kung-Fu Panda fan before (but I like the movies and the Christmas special that came out years ago), but this show actually got me into this franchise again. And not only I liked this show because of one of my favourite ukrainian voice actresse's (she voiced Akna in this show in ukrainian ver.) but also it made me to like Akna herself. I really loved her personality, characterization, backstory and interaction with other character's. And even Akna's voice in ukrainian sounds like Zippy the hummingbird.
Damn, I wish Zippy had all of it in "Tuff puppy" before the show got cancelled.
After watching this show I started to search If "Kung-Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight" have enough popularity. Then I found out that this show didn't. Even the characters (and even Akna. Can you believe it?). And I thought that Akna, maybe, have the same problem as Zippy. It made me a bit sad. And I decided to draw fan-arts not only with Zippy but also with this cute quetzal (this art is not the first one. I have another art with Akna which I made before this one).
Here, I drew Zippy along with Akna posing and hugging each other as friends. They became friends after Akna found out that she and Zippy have the same voice actress which made her really happy. Zippy shows a photo of her voice actress (in "Tuff puppy" style) to the quetzal. And after that they started doing a photo pose together. As a background I drew a stylization with a pink sakura flowers.
