Happy (I'm a little late with that but it's okay) 12th anniversary, one of my favourite nicktoons of all time - "Tuff puppy". And this art is dedicated to it. I drew Zippy along with her two voice actresses (in "Tuff puppy" style): Grey Delisle (as mink) and Maryna Loktionova (as an otter). I love both VA's because they gifted their voices to my favourite hummingbird who I still love (and Zippy's feather's on their hairs confirms this).
Grey Delisle (Griffin) I knew only from the original credits at the end of the episode (early). But in 2018 when I saw the original version of "Tuff puppy", I heard her voice of Zippy and I said that her original voice is adorable. And I never knew that Grey Delisle is also a singer. I loved her singing voice, it a bit reminded me that Zippy was singing.
But the voice of Maryna Loktionova I know the most because I heard her voice many times in ukrainian since 2009 (because I live in Ukraine). When I heard Zippy's voice performed by this ukrainian actress as a kid, I started to love her voice mostly than Kitty's. Although Maryna Loktionova voiced this hummingbird in russian but I knew that this voice actress is live in Ukraine (Zippy and Gadget Hackwrench (in ukrainian version of "Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers") shared the same ukrainian VA). And since I was a kid, I started to think what ukrainian dub of this show would look like. Also I am glad that she stopped dubbing in russian more often in time and started singing in films (her singing voice remind me of Zippy a lot, 'cause this actress voiced her a long time ago).
For the background I drew a heart in the middle behind Zippy as a sign that Zippy share the love to everyone (thanks to her voice actresses).
