I'm really sorry I did this on a mini pad of yellow note paper
I did it while bored at an assembly. I turned it to a b&w image after scanning it to at least get rid of the yellow, but the lines are still there-- bah.At this point I was starting to break away from Alvin & Co. after about 5 solid years of drawing pretty much nothing else
I'd rediscovered one of my other childhood cartoons, Chip N' Dale's Rescue Rangers, the series that has this character, Gadget Hackwrench.Chip N' Dale's Rescue Rangers © Disney.

This is a detailed and expressive piece, she seems to be almost at a *Rolls eyes* point as if mentally commenting on something silly she just witnessed.
