She's definately an awesome OC, i like how here costume more resembles a heroes' than a villians, its not excessive or over-the-top at all.

I gotta say, Ultra's got a distinctive look for a villain. Maybe it's because of her unassuming outfit that's neither in black or garish primary colors.

If I can speak for my friend who created and owns the character, I believe that was intentional. Ultra's current uniform is a symbolic rejection of the one she wore as a heroine, before her fall from grace. It was complete with garish primary colors.
