I love the sense of flow in the hair. That alone gives it a wonderful sense of form. With that you've managed to capture the reality of the hair really nicely! I think a little bit more shading in some of them (mainly the ones on the left) would increase the realness of them; I would love to see more lost edges in them, I think it would really give mass to the hairstyles and shape of the head under them. However, I'm on the edge with my own opinion of that because I also love seeing exactly what's going on with the hairstyles, which I think may be your goal in the first place with them.
