The head is absolutely awesome, as are the wings and the musclies. The proportions look a little off though, and the neck seems to be too thin towards the base.
Still like it a lot. <3

Thank you very much Mith. Perspective is tricking me quite often, I need to get a better feeling for it.

aah, that's looking nice * U * <3
as for the neck, i think in comparison with the head it looks alright~ only mention this because i don't see something wrong with it :> maybe it appear slim cuz of the heavy wing musculature and the sternum~
rawr :3

Thank you! Yeah that's true, I actually thought the same especially about the arm muscles, but I didn't really know how to change it.

depends on the dragon , but if it would be a bit agresive and don't run away - yes it should

Well photoshop is not involved in any side, like Da muro, it's an own program like gimp or other, unlike gimp though it's not for free.
And SketchbookEpress neither, I got it along with the tablet I got.
Also as far as I know photoshop was originally created to edit real photos, but they expanded it so that you can do a whole lot of different things. So you can pick colors and brushes and filters, to draw and create whatever you like, with or without photos, that's up to you.
(If you want to try a drawing programm for free, I can suggest you gimp and I think Paint tool SAI is also for free, but I am not exactly sure of the last one.)
