Is it good to forget... I mean it allows you to move on to get past issue and see them for what they truly were. What is scary is when you forget and then remember, but there is a catch. Instead of getting past the issue it just reminds you how much went wrong and how bad it made you feel now and then. So to forget is sometimes good and others is just delaying what you should be living with to move on....Bit of a mess here but its old one I found that i kinda liked.
