I did this for the 23rd, but meh, I didn't like it enough to submit it as a regular deviation.Letty Whiterock is a spirit who appears only during winter. She can manipulate the cold.
The trident-like brooch on her dress resembles the alchemical symbol of silver, and her musical theme is "Crystallized Silver".
