Reisen Udongein Inaba °v°
The sketch was done many months ago, that's why there are some anatomical errors and such. She has a rabbit tail but you can't see it in this picture.

Reisen (Udongein and Inaba are just nicknames given by Eirin and Kaguya) is one of the legendary lunarian rabbits. She fled to Earth during the Lunar War in 1969 (after the Apollo 11 invasion) and asked for asylum in Eientei with Kaguya and Eirin in exchange of protecting them.
She can induce insanity and create illusions with her eyes, and used this ability to protect herself, Kaguya and Eirin from the lunar emissaries.
Eirin often calls her by "Udonge".
She can shoot bullets using her right hand like a gun, lol.
