I took two of your dream design ideas- 'good white witch' and 'traditional kitsune' and mashed them together
Here's a kitsune witch lady ;v; But she can be whatever you want!
Her jacket tail is sliced to have seven ends like kitsune tails
And her hair and lack of color scheme are both inspired by the arctic fox
I based her face on the girl's on the left here:

and the wicked witch's striped socks inspired her garb
I tried to make it a mashup of medieval and modern, knowing absolutely jack about either genre of fashion
but I really like it!
I was inspired by Draw with Jazza to just build my own figure (with some books for help)- I ignored the voice in my head saying it wasn't perfect and just made it, and it turned out very nice to me! I like it
