First of, I <3 how the colors gradually fade from bright to dark as you scan down towards the falling rain. It is true when you look at a rainbow even in the midst of a storm, the colors surrounding it are always brighter and more vibrant than the surrounding, darkened clouds. So, very nice touch
Second: I've never critiqued an art piece. I'm a writer and not an artist, by an means. But I'm always willing to try and give some pointers.
Well, I'll start with what I know: the text 
"Everyone wants happyness, no one wants pain." EDIT: "Everyone wants happiness, and no one wants pain." I know it is minor, but I'm a proofreader, so I just wanted to point it out. As you have it right now, it is a comma splice, meaning two separate sentences that should not be separated by a comma. You can also write it as, "Everyone wants happiness. No one wants pain."
As for the picture itself, I was wondering where the color purple was for the rainbow? Again, this might seem minor; however, if you are trying to depict a real rainbow, you might need to add the color.
I think the cloud and rain droplets are perfect and portray a sense of innocence that comes along with rainbows.
However, the white lines and circles, which I can only assume are meant as sparkling reflections from the rain, could probably be left out all together. For me, they distract me from the overall cuteness and innocence of this picture, and made me pause, thinking, "What are these circle things?" But ultimately, that is entirely up to you, the artist

Let me start off by saying; this is PRETTY!! And cute too- First things first; I love the softness of the shading and lighting, as well as the cute little face the cloud has! Very sweet, very pretty, very good in general! I honestly don't see any big flaws in this, but I could give you some tips!
The raindrops: They are the right color, and are placed correctly. I think the raindrops' shape could have been sharper on the top, know what I'm sayin'? Like smaller on the top, giving it a raindrop shape! It'll have a better sense of movement and nicer flow.

The backgroung is so soft and gives it a special texture 
The raindrops are very good but you should try make them a bit thinner or smaller

This is a very cute picture. I don't understand why the white circle and lines are there, but the incorperate with the picture nicely! The rain drops are ok, but could have been made into a teardrop shape, to make it the rain feel. Even in the rainbow, you could have added some textureto the rainbow, it seems to fade in the background a bit. The cloud looks like it is popping, Very nice touches! This is a very cute artwork!

Just as for the brightness could have used some different brushes, with which you made the image in photoshop or paint?

Es muy linda x3! Me encanta! Pero de verdad esos brillos pudieron quedar mejor mmmm tal vez difuminando un poco para que resalten sobre el fondo.
Una felicidad en un momento triste es el arcoiris que ilumina el cielo y se expande hacia lugares que no lograremos alcanzar x3!

i love how the rain and the sparkles take up some background space so the image isn't too boring :3 the cloud is NOT ONLY ADORABLE IF I MAY SAY SO, but I adore how you made it fluffy and blurred like the rainbow. What I like most is how the sparkles and rainbow are on the top, where the sky is lighter and the rain is below where the sky is darker. I'm not sure if you did that on purpose, but that's a really neat idea

I really like this drawing. Yes, yes it is in fact pretty. Cute, is more like it! I have to say that I really like how the rainbow gives off a glow-y feeling and how the cloud sort of looks translucent at the sides. And how can i forget the cutie little eyes!

This is really nice for just a doodle. I like how the cloud is smiling and has a rainbow coming out of it on the top. One thing I must say though is that the sparkles could have used more work they look like they're target things from a gun. But as you said its just a doodle, doodles are a lot of fun to just doodle up. :3

The face is adorable and the way you colored is really nice; also a very nice idea
As the previous have stated, I would also improve on the sparkle but not only there, but also the raindrops. Because the cloud, the rainbow and the background are made more "detailed" while the other two things are pretty plain and too 2-dimensional compared with the rest.
But yes, it's a doodle, so I shouldn't be ranting XD I really enjoy this cuteness :3

Very pretty and cute and very, very well-drawn, although if I were to change absolutely anything it would be the shining things or the sparkles or stars or whatever. They really take away and aren't as good as the rest

I love the little quote that you put in the description
The blue in the background really brings out the picture, and the cloud & rainbow both standout naturally already. Advice would be to change up the sparkles (draw a different type?) and to make the rain look a littler more than just dark blue lines.
All in all, really cute picture ^^

This is so cute, I love how the cloud, the sky, and the rainbow looks. The little smile and the bubbly eyes make you just go,"D'aw!" The only thing I think should be fixed and/or different are the rain drops and sparkles. There isn't as much detail put into them as there is in the rest of the piece so it makes it look kind of lazy.
Altogether, an adorable piece.

I love the meaning of the artwork. Could be taken different ways but for me, there will always be sunshine after any sort of turmoil. Sun will always bust through the clouds and wash away any debris. Great artwork piece

i like the rainbow effect on this piece and the cloud but the only improvement i would do is blur the crosses into the sky(or something like that).
