As soon as I saw Emonga (the 5th generation pokemon you see above) I thought of this instantly. XD Out of all the electric rodents to have been seen, this is the first one to actually FLY!O_O

Actually a pretty BIG edit! For printing purposes I had to stretch the canvas to 11 x 17 for fanime which is tomorrow. I did a lot more then just that, I changed some colours, redrew some parts, added more lightning etc etc. Over all it looks a bit better! So if you're wondering why the heck this is in your inbox again, you now know. c:

I have seriously got to ask.. how do you do that glowy effect? the lightning has such an intense yellow in the center that it appears to glow... or is that just me and am being tricked by the shading?

Cool. Though this reminded me of the anime, and how whenever an enemy Pokรฉmon would attack Ash would (redundantly) tell his own to "Dodge it!".
No shit, Ash. As if that one really needed saying. Pokรฉmon seem to be fairly intelligent creatures, I have a hard time believing one would just sit there and let itself get hit.
...although that is what happens in the games, more or less.

While they might make a new electric rodent every year, they also make fish, bugs, and bird pokemon every year too! So why not an electric rodent? Its like a tradition. I would be very upset if a new generation didnt have an electric rodent.
