"Wow." Neige spoke, her eyes wide with wonder as she gazed upon the hexagonal columns that both rose from the earth and fell from the ceiling of the Basalt Halls.

"Yeah, amazing, huh?" Dastan commented, already scouting out the room, "Now, uh... what say you and I get this show on the road before you start licking these things?"

Neige blushed, "I-I... umm... al-alright." she said, her voice dwindling down to a mumble at the end.

"So, you get what you have to do?" Dastan asked, making sure Neige really got the plan.

Neige nodded, "Secure the routes ahead and ensure the path is as stable as possible and gather any useful resources we may come across." She recited, to which Dastan nodded his approval.

The two proceeded to sweep the dungeon, managing to pick up two Meatroots and a Fleshcap. Most of the traps they encountered were quickly recognised by Dastan and swiftly disarmed using a combination of his Psychic moves coupled with Neige's Ice moves. They passed by three Slightly Psychic Barboaches, all of whom were unconcious. As they located the exit, Neige was positively bouncing with joy on clearing her first dungeon, although Dastan did not quite share her excitement. In the room before the exit, they came across an odd obelisk, an obelisk which gave Dastan an ominous feel. Dastan did not like that feel.
