Reminds me of a statue I saw in Hong Kong. It was a dragon head, horse body, and either a horse's tail or a dragon's tail...it was cool and so is this!

This being's name is "Ecclestis"... it's primary duty is to, basically, keep peace during the night so all the widdle children can get their sleepy-pie. It can get violent if it has to, but, like I said, only to keep the peace.

The head looks almost water dragon-esque, but the body from mid-neck down seems too bulky for it. An odd mix, but cool.
