I always like to start off with the positive stuff so bleh
I really like costume and paintbrush design, it's really unique. The only thing I would change (because it's an art-sona) is the magic want in his other hand, it kinda takes away from the art aspect imo. Maybe you could make the paintbrush magical (if you don't want to get rid of the wand). OOo and I also love the colors, they looks terrific together.
Ok now onto the critique
The first thing I notice is how the shading and highlights are kinda off. For example, the leg around the brush has a shadow on the top, but his hand has a highlight on the top as well, it would make more sense if you were to add shading on the underside so it matches up with the rest of the piece. Also regarding shadows, I think there should be one on the inside of the brush, just to help recognize that it goes inward. I'd also like to point out the hand around the brush handle, its kinda broken, I would suggest you to use a reference (or your own hand) to help you when drawing. I use them all the time and it really helps.

I really love the style and color palette you used for this piece. As for criticism, the hand anatomy could be worked on so they would capture the same fluidity as the rest of the piece. Also, the white fire tube is a little confusing and changing it's design to look more blow torch-like might help convey it's purpose better, if that is what you are going for. Lastly, I would move the star in his hair downward towards his ear to make it balance his head better. All in all, this is really well done and keep up the amazing work

His "White Fire Tube" is a Paintbrush Broomstick, HAHA ! I could simplify the design
of it to look more like a TRADITIONAL Broomstick so there's no further confusion!
Looking at it now, the star DOES seem too high up, Thanks for catching that one!

No problem, I am so happy that I could help you out a bit and I absolutely love your piece! I can totally see that it's a paint brush now that you mention it. I think if you adjusted the handle (maybe give it a grip like a paintbrush) it would make its purpose more clear. I love how sleek it looks though, and making it look more like a traditional broomstick might take away that aspect of it. I hope that helps

He's really cute looking!
I feel like his calves are too long but at the same time it.. fits with the style? His left arm could be worked on - to be more specific - his fingers, to not make them look so stiff and long
And most importantly about the colors - I think you could tone down the blues and yellows, and make shadows darker and more visible
and though I don't understand how the star on his hair works, im not really bothered by it, he has good face and expression as well ~
