Yes I know! I'd like to try to make dandelion honey or dandelion wine out of them, but I'd have to have a lot of dandelion heads to do that. I've never eaten the leaves. Are they bitter? I'd still like to see more varieties of flowers other than just dandelions though. I suppose I should be happy that we have any flowers at all though....lol.

Oh yes, I definitely will. Although sometimes that is no indication of whether they will actually taste good or not. I've tasted lily buds which are rumored to taste like an onion. It tasted like a very strong onion. i couldn't get the taste out of my mouth all day no matter what I drank or ate.....haha.
