You had way more fun with this that you let on... I bet!

Ok, I don't always understand dark or macabre art, but this is technically pretty well done!

I'd actually add more depth with some extra lighting. If applied slyly, I think this could be even creepier with more contrast to all the shadows.

And a more blue hue to his skin around the wounds may help produce a more realistic effect. It may help to look in a medical journal at an actual puncture wound. (Yuck!) His skin tone also looks a bit too pink for the loss of blood he's had. I'd give him a more gray color overall.

At any rate, interesting work, and well done!
