When in Skyrim, please use care when choosing your traveling companion as one of these companions is not like the others...And yes, all these things happened to me in game. Well, perhaps not the two million bounty, but the rest, yes.

Out of boredom, I calculated how long a 2 million gold bounty would put a Dovahkiin in jail for.
Assuming that the maximum prison sentence of seven days doesn't count, there's a 7-day penalty for a 1000 gold bounty. 2 million divided by 1 thousand is 2 thousand.
2 thousand multiplied by 7 is a 14,000 day sentence...or approximately 38 years worth of prison time.
And this is why Cicero is obviously superior to the average companion. You get 38 years bonus prison time!
...I should probably go back to studying for my finals.

Haha~ I love the in-game comics most of all.
Sadly I haven't got to the point to where I can let Cicero tag along, but while Mjoll isn't much conversation wise she is a force to be reckoned with. After I accidently took some cheap dagger off of the counter at a shop in Falkreath; the owner was only able to shout theif before Mjoll cracked his skull, and then preceded to take on the town guards single-handedly.

I think he becomes aggressive if you fail to help him (or more likely, betray him) before he reaches the Sanctuary in the Brotherhood quest. I never had a problem with him. Not this way anyhow.

for me at least, lydia is the perfect follower. works well with my playstyle and she can kick a giant camp's ass pretty much by herself

Lydia is the best. My High Elf adopted children together with her and basically leave the kids home for weeks at a time to go on adventures together.. ;D

I actually recently had some shenanigans happen with Cicero. I was just talking to him where you first meet him in Whiterun Hold and after I got the farmer to help fix his cart, this wolf came out of nowhere and attacked! Cicero just turned around, killed it, and continued talking like nothing happened.

Heh. When I ended up taking out that visiting noble in Dragonsreach, I had to reload because the little psycho decided to attack and kill one of the guardsmen, which led to friggin' Irileth coming after me.

My Cicero is actually pretty well behaved when it comes to killing people, surprisingly. In fact, he's sometimes never there when I need him against a tough enemy.
... But he never fails to be right by my side when I'm not killing anyone...and proceed to push me off cliffs.
