Summary:Spock remembers Jim when he was young.
When I close my eyes,
My mind wanders to the past.
A time where things seemed so much simpler.
Your innocence and youth visits me.
Always in my dreams.
I wish to stay there, be one again with you.
But, I am still needed here.
When I have completed what I have sought out to do.
I shall join you, beloved.
When I close my eyes,
I think of you.

So Beautiful, I could feel his pain and desire to reunite with Jim but knew his work was not yet done. I understand that pain all to well, I lost the one presin I loved more then anything last year. We never got together for reasons that I understood very well. John and I staid friends for 41 years, I loved him all those years and Β always will. I miss him so very much, so when I look at this picture I can understandhow he feels because love never dies especially when you love someone like Spock loves Jim.

OMG I've not dared to re-watch the reboot movies since Leonard's passing, but I do believe I'll burst into tears when I'll see Spock Prime :'-(
