Elita-1 is Optimus's brightly-polished sparkmate and closest friend. In fact, she is a great friend to all of the Autobots (including her sons Bulkhead and Sandstorm), and many humans as well. She isn't out on the battlefield much as she would rather spend time with the Autobots and POWs that are injured and overall needy. In all basic terms, she is basically the "Prime" maternal figure around the Autobot base. However, in a time of crisis, she is nowhere near powerless. Her wings are actually Electron pulse generators that can damage just about any enemy that dare attack anyone she cares about. And if that doesn't work, the Cons are gonna learn the definition of maternal protection as soon as she pulls out her Energon sword. Plus, she is an absolute master at Jet-Jutsu.

The amazing bondmate of Optimus Prime is based off of Trisha Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. Yes, I know this character didn't have what one would call a good longevity, but since there is such thing as artistic license, I'm gonna change that. Besides, this is a gorgeous character, and too loving to just kill off like Michael Bay does to almost all the good characters. She's just too good, and I anna get some development into this character.
