This is my first digital lineart+colouring that i've done in 4 years!! It took me approximately.. 5 hours (within 2 days ofcourse) Although the face is a tiny bit expresionaless (ironic to the title..) im happy with the outcome

Yeah, I realize that's probably a slightly odd thing to mention first, but still. I liked them! ;D
Also, you've got a nice thing going with the hair texture! However, I'd like to see you put the same kind of detail in the skin, it'd make the whole look come together more. c: You're off to a good start though! ^_^

I love the detail you put on the hair, it looks so iridescent, like a sort of turquoise-colored tiger's eye. The backround is fun too; it reminds me of something you'd find printed on young-adult t-shirts.

well I really like the vectors, thats my thing, the exploding background i'm trying to figure out how to do that (systematically and not trying the common sense thing) are the random objects all "reaching outward" like "exploding outward" ? like the arrows all point ourward and there is an arm reaching outward... is that how you do it?

it doesnt really explode, uless you put it in the right places, the vectors i used are actually brushes, in different layers, colours, hues and styles
