- Mio from K-on. This was suggested on my Patreon I wanted to try a different, kind of a rough coloring style, so that it would be obvious I used color pencils.
- I have read K-on manga too many times, also the sequels. I really like Mio, but also Azusa and Sumire

I use Prisma colour too sometimes...but its kind of frustrating cause they break off so easily

I suggest try not to press down so hard or they might be dried out. my blue one dried out on me a long time ago, it was very sad since I love blue.

well they're pretty new so it's probably not that...but when I do colour, I love bright vivid colours so I almost always press down  

I recently got a tablet though, so I'm kind of focusing on figuring that out  and I guess my colourings kind of being left in the dust

Oh, I see. Yeah I love bright colors too so I know what you mean. You could still practice using some pressure control. I use an electric sharpener for my pencils. 

I wouldn't worry about ignoring your traditional skills, you can always practice them too when you're not able to use the tablet/even using the tablet. You'll get the hang of the tablet with practice
