Unlike most urbex shots which give me a creeped-out feeling, the amount of nature in this shot makes it look calming. I like the light level and also the little toy on the floor, showing who once lived here.

It seems to be in the middle of nowhere which gives it a really creepy atmosphere.

This reminds me of how Portal 2 is an abandoned laboratory overrun by nature, with grass breaking up the tiles, and the trees grown wild just out the windows. You've really captured an effect, I can't tell what, but it makes it awesome! Especially with the lone little toy, like there's a little ghost boy sitting in the puddle of light, still playing in the middle of the room.
