Description
Woo hoo! This grizzly is now finished! This was an experimental composition that I think was successful. I wanted to give the viewer an interesting layout to look at that also gave a sense of power to the bear. I photographed this grizzly in Denali National Park during my first trip to Alaska in 2019. This particular bear was watching a biker peddle by on the park road, and I was glad I had a much safer vantage point on the park bus! This is my first of two pieces that will be headed to the Settlers West American Miniature Show in Tucson, AZ in February.
